happy nepali new year, everyone. today, we celebrated in style with showers,
clean clothes, and a night out at the tilicho lodge. the food was so good. i had a garlic and onion pizza that nearly
tasted like a thin crust pizza back home. it was,
well, amazing. in fact, it was the best
food i’ve had since i came to nepal (and that’s saying something, because the
food here is much better than i had ever expected).
isn’t it interesting that nepal operates on a different year
than us? it’s already 2069 over here!
