john and i had a few days off before the holidays (that's what happens when you are working on/around the actual holiday) and so we decided to take a vacation. our original plan was to ski in vermont, but the warmer-than-usual new england weather left us with NO SNOW! crazy, eh?
with our ski plans out the window, we decided to spend our days touring around the city we now call home. it ended up being a wonderful vacation.
and now, it's back to work. here's a brief recap...
