boston is a very interesting/exciting city. here are a few reasons why.
the garbage gets picked up every monday, wednesday, and friday.
there are no wendy's fast food restaurants, anywhere.
you can smell the salt in the air, mmm.
a car trunk is not just for transporting items from point A to point B, it's like having another closet.
street sweeping takes place every tuesday and thursday.
we live within a half-mile of 100 italian restaurants.
cyclists ride against traffic.
overweight people in scooters cut across 4 lanes of busy traffic and just expect everyone to stop.
people actually stop when the overweight person on the scooter rides out into traffic.
locals pronounce cities as if some letters were completely absent (gloucester, ma = gloster)
we drive around for hours looking for a parking spot.
we get fed up and pay $20 to park in an overnight lot.
we then pay $275/month to have 24-hour access to a parking garage. |

So when are you going to change the blog to In Boston on Some Steps, or In Idle Musings on Some Steps Somewhere. If you need help with a new label, I am full of ideas this evening.
