columbus day, it's thanksgiving somewhere...

 last weekend, john and i had the opportunity to travel to rural new hampshire for some fresh air.  it was wonderful.  we stayed with friends (the crocketts) who we met while living in columbus, ohio.  (the crocketts left ohio about the same time that john and i moved to boston).  it was so nice to see familiar faces and to relax at their beautiful home.  i must say, the whole experience had john and i dreaming up our future home and family life as we drove back to boston.  here are a few photos from the weekend.
