jj...i'm not sure if it's a promotion that's local or more widespread, but here in ohio you just go to wendy's and pay $1.00 for the card to put on your key ring. then, anytime you want a frosty you just show the cashier the card. that's it--unlimited free frosties! crazy, eh?
