last saturday, two of my favorite classmates (danielle and sarah) and i went to cupcake camp. let me explain: for five dollars you are welcomed into the circle of local bakers and are allowed to taste as many delicious cupcakes as you like, while these masterminds await the results of the competition. it was delicious, though i did not try any of the cupcakes in the 'best use of bacon' category. honestly, even people who eat bacon should think it's a bit gross to put it on a cupcake.
john was so sad he couldn't make it, as he loves cupcakes even more than i. above is the box of cupcakes john was able to enjoy at a latter date and time...
